Tables of India lunch with farm-fresh vegetables curated by
​​Dr Pushpesh Pant, noted culinary historian, television presenter and Padma Shri awardee, ​Mrs Radha Bhatia, Chairperson, Bird Group, ​and ​​Nishant Choubey, Executive Chef, The Roseate, at the Rajokri farmhouse of the Roseate Hotels & Resorts. The lunch will be preceded by a guided walk around the farm and a talk by Dr Pant on the importance of seasonality and local produce in Indian Cuisine.
