Tables of India lunch with farm-fresh vegetables curated by
Dr Pushpesh Pant, noted culinary historian, television presenter and Padma Shri awardee, Mrs Radha Bhatia, Chairperson, Bird Group, and Nishant Choubey, Executive Chef, The Roseate, at the Rajokri farmhouse of the Roseate Hotels & Resorts. The lunch will be preceded by a guided walk around the farm and a talk by Dr Pant on the importance of seasonality and local produce in Indian Cuisine.
